Australian Advanced Manufacturing Centre

The Australian Advanced Manufacturing Centre Pty Ltd (“AAMC”) is a fully owned subsidiary of Papyrus Australia Ltd.

Established in October 2008, AAMC's primary goal is to design, build and support machinery for converting banana tree trunks (BTT) into a range of fibre-based products. Papyrus Australia and its partners will use the banana tree trunk conversion technology developed by AAMC to establish a global BTT product manufacturing and supply industry.

To date, AAMC has provided the design and engineering capabilties to set-up a successful demonstration factory at Walkamin in Far North Queensland.

AAMC employs skilled engineers and tradespeople to achieve consistently high-quality, cost-effective design and machinery fabrication outcomes.
