Executive Chairman
Ted is an experienced company director and commercial lawyer who for over 35 years has specialised in the areas of commerce and public law, corporate governance and international business. His particular skill is relationship building across diverse cultures. He is a specialist strategic advisor for major projects and has since 1990 focused on advising entities undertaking development and infrastructure projects within Australia, and commercial joint ventures in China, Egypt, Europe, Singapore, Thailand and the United States of America.
Ted is presently a business advisor and board member of several leading Australian organisations including the Aboriginal Foundation of SA Inc., Treyo Leisure and Entertainment Ltd, and China JXY Group Ltd. He is Chairman of SMAC Technologies Pty Ltd, The Australian Advanced Manufacturing Centre Pty Ltd, the China Cluster, and he is the Presiding Member of the South Australian Development Assessment Commission. Ted has been a director of Papyrus Australia Ltd since 2004 and the Chairman of the company since July 2009. He is also a Director of Papyrus Egypt Co.

Managing Director
Founder of Papyrus Ramy Azer holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (1994) from the University of South Australia, Graduate Diploma in Business Enterprise (1996) from Adelaide University and a Graduate Certificate in Small Business Management (1996). Ramy’s other qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Project Management (1990-1993) from the Higher Technological Institute, Egypt, a Masters of Engineering Science with Adelaide University (1999) and a Masters in Business & Technology Commercialisation from Adelaide University.
Ramy’s combination of business and engineering degrees gives a good base for creating a successful company based on innovative engineering. He has been a regular guest lecturer and speaker on issues including sustainable business development and innovation. Ramy has lived and worked in Egypt, Germany and Australia. He has been responsible for the initial development of Papyrus’ technology.

Mr Donald Clinton Stephens - B Acc, FCA |
Executive Director
Donald is a chartered accountant with over 25 years experience in corporate accounting, corporate finance, management consulting and corporate governance. Donald is a director of Mithril Resources Ltd and is the company secretary for Minotaur Exploration Ltd, Toro Energy Limited, Petratherm Ltd and FerrAus Ltd. Other directorships are held in private companies including Sentek Pty Ltd, a global sensor company. Donald is a corporate advisor across various industry sectors including mineral exploration, energy technologies and precision agriculture. Donald has been involved in a corporate advisory capacity with Papyrus since 1999.

Mr Colin Dunsford B.Ec., FCA |
Non-Executive Director
Colin is a former partner of Ernst and Young, having joined the firm in May 2002 as a result of the integration with Arthur Andersen. At Arthur Andersen, Colin was Managing Partner and Division Head of the Adelaide Assurance and Business Advisory Division with many client responsibilities, a position held at Ernst and Young until his retirement in July 2010. He has a continuing role with the firm as Chair, Ernst and Young South Australia. During his more than 40 year professional career, Colin has had extensive experience with a wide range of corporate, government and incorporated clients in Australia and the United States of America.
Colin’s current directorships include, Chairman of Bedford Group, Independent Gaming Corporation and Leaders Institute of South Australia. Board member of Aboriginal Foundation of South Australia and University of Adelaide Finance Committee. Colin joined the Board of Papyrus Australia Ltd in October 2010.

Company Secretary
Pierre is the head of HLB Mann Judd’s Corporate & Advisory Division in SA and has significant experience in providing high quality corporate advice to public and private companies.
His expertise extends to providing corporate advice and support to a number of companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and he has also previously held the position of Company Secretary for a number of other ASX-listed companies.
Pierre specialises in listed company services including tax consulting, management of client accounting systems and the preparation of annual financial statements and reports, company secretarial functions including ASX Listing Rules, reporting at Board level, capital raisings, assisting with financial interpretations and strategic planning.
Pierre is actively involved with the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy and regularly contributes to the SA Mining and Energy Journal.
